Really unique for the time. First set is like a 2nd set.

BTW the set list for the Furthur show (I'm guessing you mean 3/6) was:

HCS, Alligator, Maxwell's Silver Hammer, Mason's Children, Passenger, Viola Lee > King Bee > Viola Lee > Next Time You See Me > Viola Lee

Mountain Song, St Stephen, Time, Breathe (reprise), The Eleven, Dark Star, Nobody Girl, China Doll

Dark Star, Sugaree, GDTRFB, And We Bid You Goodnight

And the non-popular songs are .......... ??? (Sorry there.) But anyway, how great is THAT?!? They sure do pull out all the stops. And with a Maxwell's Silver Hammer for my currently-obsessed-with-Abbey-Road kid! Too cool. Anyone have a link?

edit: Duh!!! (Hits self on head with ice cream cone.)

there is a lot of recent assertion that this performance is in fact 2/19/69

Since I'm not a set list type of guy, and enough for me if I like it that's a good time. But when it comesdown to stage banter, unwanted uncontrolled feedback, tuning for the ages then it does bother me. But this thread is about unique show. 1. Would be a show on deck of the Rainbow Warrior for Greenpeace. But mostly the shows that were the most entertaining for me were the NEW YEARS GIGS and the lenght of those shows and then getting the bag of apples and oranges w/ a granola bar thrown in for good measure. That's a full night of and great music. Mostly at the Kaiser Center....lw

Pretty much anything Brent wrote.

And we've had numerous discussions about personal non-faves. (Terrapin, LLR, etc.)
